I couldn’t settle on a topic to write about so I wrote about everything that interested me, everything that I was using to contextualise my work, and the plays, sculptures, news, novels and experiences that I enjoy thinking about.

Some constraint is always necessary in my work and here it was that my idea or explanation must fit on a single A6 index card – taking a leaf out Walter Benjamin’s expansive Arcades Project.
